How to Learn if an Employer will Support Your Mental Health

One of the biggest challenges I've found in working in social media can be the impact on mental health. This is particularly true for people who are either a "one-person social team" or for those whose job description may find them wearing many different hats. I spoke with a few of my fellow friends in social management roles, and compiled a list of questions that you can ask as part of the interview process to assess what type of impact the position may have on your mental health on Social Media Pulse community!
