The services below are starting points – each of my marketing programs is designed to work for you, your needs and what your team can do right now.
Strategy Services
Do you feel like you are constantly (re)developing your digital communications approach? Do you have a solid strategy for speaking with potential clients, customers, or donors? I work with organizations like yours to help you create a solid plan and a sustainable communications framework to set you on a better path.
We’ll review your current communications, work with your team to develop (or redevelop) your strategy and then create a framework to help everyone on the team understand how to take strategy and put it into practice.
Strategy Services start at $7,500 and typically range between $7,500 - $15,000.
Social
Whether you feel empowered or burdened by your social program can come down to planning and being realistic about what your social program can look like with the resources you have. I work with organizations to create a sustainable & strategic social media program that works with your resources.
We’ll review your current social program, work with your team to develop (or redevelop) your social media strategy, work on your channel voice, update or set up your social channels, create a content framework & calendar, create a customer service plan, train your staff and develop a plan to sustain your social program.
My Social Media Program pricing are based on scope, and starts at $5,000.
Email programs can inform and inspire your audience to take action for your mission. A well-organized email program can help you grow your donor or customer lists, maintain connection to busy people without the worry that they’ll miss what you say on social.
We’ll work together to create an email strategy and determine what will fit your audience you’re your abilities) best. I can then help you write newsletters, email onboarding programs and campaign-specific emails for events, donation drives and more.
My email support programs are price based on scope, and start at $5,000, or can be wrapped into a content development program that includes other content (see below for more information).
Content Development
Whether you need supportive, regular help developing business-as-usual content for your social media or email programs or assistance creating the perfect messaging for a campaign, I work with small teams to bridge the gap between the time they have and the content they need to create.
My content development support for small teams can work in three ways:
Campaign Support is for one-time projects or time-limited campaigns. – Starts at $2,500
Quarterly Support is for those that need regular but limited support for their content development, like such as select social media messages or email newsletters – Starts at $1,500/quarter
Monthly Support is for teams that need regular content support on an ongoing basis. If you struggle to regularly create the content you need for your social media or email program, this is the support option for you! – Starts at $1,500/month
Fractional Marketing Services
For those that want both guidance, content creation and ongoing support, my Fractional Marketing Services give your organization access to a marketing expert with 25 years of experience, who will learn about your mission, care about your team and help you make a difference.
Pricing for Fractional Marketing Services is based on scope and starts at $2,500 a month.

My work is tailored especially for organizations with small teams or “teams” of none - none of my programs are boilerplates or come from a box. Our work together will be all about you – what YOU need, and what will be best for your team, organization, cause and audience. Together, we create a program that will help you do what you want, in a way that doesn’t burn your team out!

Do you have a Small Team?
Small Teams are growing marketing or communications teams with between 1-3 people. Your organization invests in your marketing & communications efforts, but you lack the time or expertise in certain areas (like digital marketing, social media, or email development), so you want to bring in a specialist to help you plan, create & deploy what you need.
Do you have a “Team” of None?
“Teams” of None are organizations who know they need to invest in marketing & communications, but have their efforts run by someone without a marketing background, or who also handles another area of expertise. It can be the Director of Development who also handles Communications, or it is the Executive Director or Owner who runs email & social media programs.
