What is it?

A 2-hour strategy & road mapping session and takeaway guide to help you create a solid & sustainable digital communications roadmap so you can share your mission with your community in 2025!

What do you mean by sustainable?

Sustainability can be a loaded word. In my work, sustainable marketing means:

Learning to do what you can, when you can, with what you have. 

It’s especially important for those marketing solo or with limited staff marketing experience.

Instead of focusing on shiny objects that you and your team may give up by the end of Quarter 1, I’ll help you examine your marketing and communications through the lens of your organization and mission (where it is right now), who you need to talk to (your audiences), what goals you are supporting, and who is doing the work (you, a team member, a consultant, etc.).

We’ll ensure that our plan accurately reflects your team's capacity, meets your audiences' needs, and supports your goals.

And if we decide together that a new marketing channel or initiative is a good idea, we’ll discuss how you can do it without it ending up in the trashcan at the end of the year.

What does the Digital Marketing Strategy Roadmapping session look like?

  • After you fill out the form below, I’ll contact you within one business day with payment and scheduling options for January 2025.

  • Then, you’ll fill out a longer survey, so I have preliminary information before our meeting.

  • We’ll have a 2-hour strategy & road mapping working call. It will run like this:

    • Hour 1—The deep dive hour: We’ll examine your current marketing state, 2025 organizational goals, challenges, audience profiles, and resources.

    • Hour 2—the Roadmapping hour: We’ll identify your core digital marketing strategy for 2025, examine your digital marketing toolkit (channels, frequency, and big communications needs), and discuss how to integrate any new channels or tactics sustainably into your plan.

  • After our meeting, you’ll have a strategy guide that outlines:*

    • Your digital marketing strategy & focus for 2025,

    • A review of your digital marketing toolkit (and what additional tools you may add in 2025),

    • How to use your toolkit effectively,

    • A summary of how to integrate your new channels or tactics and,

    • Advice, based on your situation, on how to market in the new year sustainably.

COST: $1,000

What if I need help after our meeting?

I’ll check in with you or your team once per quarter throughout the year to see how you're doing. If you need extra help, I’m offering one-hour follow-up working sessions every quarter for $250/hour. During those sessions, we can discuss your challenges and focus on solutions and strategies that will work for you based on things that have come up throughout the year.
