We’ve all been there. At the conference, or in a meeting room, and we’re listening to a plan or a marketing program that sounds SO AMAZING, and everyone is nodding and smiling but in the back of your head you’re going “HOW are we going to get this all done?”  

Instead of focusing on the BIG SHINY IDEA that may tire your team out in 6 weeks, I view marketing & communications through the lens of your organization & mission (and where it is right now), who you need to talk to (your audience), and who is doing the work (you) – which should all support the goals you have to meet. 

By looking at your marketing in a sustainable way, you can get things done without burning your team out.

HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER? 

For small marketing teams, I provide support in four key areas: Digital Marketing Strategy, Social Media, Email and Content Development.

Digital Marketing Strategy: 

We’ll review your current digital communications in a communications review, work with your team to develop (or redevelop) your digital strategy and then create a framework to help everyone on the team understand how to take strategy and put it into practice. 

My Digital Marketing Strategy programs are priced based on scope, and typically range from $7,500 - $15,000. 

Social Media: 

We’ll review your current social program, work with your team to develop (or redevelop) your social media strategy, work on your channel voice, update or set up your social channels, create a content framework & calendar, create a customer service plan, and train your staff. 

My Social Media Programs are priced based on scope, and start at $5,000. 

Email: 

We’ll work together to create an email strategy and determine what will fit your audience you’re your abilities) best. I can then help you write newsletters, email onboarding programs and campaign-specific emails for events, donation drives and more. 

My email support programs are price based on scope, and start at $5,000, or can be wrapped into a content development program that includes other content (see below for more information).

Content Development: 

My content development support for small teams work in three ways:

Campaign Support is for one-time projects or time-limited campaigns. – Starts at $2,500 

Quarterly Support is for those that need regular but limited support for their content development, like such as select social media messages or email newsletters – Starts at $1,500/quarter

Monthly Support is for teams that need regular content support on an ongoing basis. If you struggle to regularly create the content you need for your social media or email program, this is the support option for you! – Starts at $1,500/month
