Sustainable Digital Marketing for busy humans & the causes they love.
When you are part of a busy, passionate team of people trying to change the world, it can often feel like you’re starting an endless journey – without a map.
But it doesn’t have to be like that.
Once you learn how to do what you can, when you can, with what you have, suddenly the journey doesn’t seem so endless or directionless.
This is where I come in.
My name is Corrie, and for over 25 years, I’ve worked with small teams (who are often “teams” of one) and “teams” of none across a variety of industries. My favorite thing to do? To help people make better digital marketing decisions for the businesses, organizations and causes they love – and then help them get their digital marketing done!
WHAT KIND OF TEAM ARE YOU?
Sustainable Marketing looks different for everyone, depending on their needs. At its heart, sustainable marketing means communicating what you do to your audience in the best way you can with the time & resources you have so that you don’t burn your team out.
Small Teams
Small Teams are growing marketing or communications teams with between 1-3 people. Your organization invests in your marketing & communications efforts, but you lack the time or expertise in certain areas (like digital marketing, social media, or email development), so you want to bring in a specialist to help you plan, create & deploy what you need.
“Teams” of None
“Teams” of None are organizations who know they need to invest in marketing & communications, but have their efforts run by someone without a marketing background, or who also handles another area of expertise. It can be the Director of Development who also handles Communications, or it is the Executive Director or Owner who runs email & social media programs.
HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER?
None of my programs are boilerplates or come from a box. I don’t have programs that everyone goes through – all of my work come from me talking to you & your team about your organization, your goals, your audience and what you want to get done. Together, we create a program that will help you do what you want, in a way that doesn’t burn your team out!
Small Teams
I bridge the gap for small teams when a lack of time or expertise mean that you can’t do everything you want to. Whether it’s developing a social media, email or digital marketing strategy, creating content regularly, or for special campaigns, I’m here to help your team meet your goals & get more done.
“Teams” of None
I provide guidance and experience to organizations who want to invest more into organizing and growing their marketing & communications programs. Whether it’s giving you a communication strategy, outlining a roadmap for your social media or acting as your Fractional Marketing Expert for the long term, we can grow your communications, together.

It can be extremely easy to get into a rut with social media. We've got the channels that work for our business, the messages we know we need to get out, and (if we are extremely lucky) a pipeline of content begging to be released upon the world. Here are four considerations I look at when creating or updating a social media strategy for the new year.
